Course Objectives:

By participating in this online course, participants will:

  • Develop movement assessment skills based in the Fletcher Pilates® Guillotine Tower program;

  • Deepen understand of the intricacies of leg and hip articulation and spinal alignment;

  • If qualified to do so, learn how to safely apply and teach Fletcher Pilates® Guillotine Tower in private sessions.

Martha received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona. It was during her studies at the University of Arizona where Kyria Sabin and Deborah Mendoza first introduced her to Fletcher Pilates. Martha discovered her passion for the study of movement therapy through Fletcher Pilates and decided to pursue a career as a professional Pilates Teacher. She completed the Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program, formerly The Ron Fletcher Program of Study, in 2005 and is recognized as a Fletcher Pilates Professional Teacher. Martha serves as Faculty for the Arizona Educational Center.
